Number Sequences WebQuest

A sequence is an ordered list of objects (or events). Like a set, it contains members (also called elements or terms), and the number of terms (possibly infinite) is called the length of the sequence. Unlike a set, order matters, and exactly the same elements can appear multiple times at different positions in the sequence. A sequence is a discrete function.
For example, (C, R, Y) is a sequence of letters that differs from (Y, C, R), as the ordering matters. Sequences can be finite, as in this example, or infinite, such as the sequence of all even positive integers (2, 4, 6,...). Finite sequences are sometimes known as strings or words and infinite sequences as streams. The empty sequence ( ) is included in most notions of sequence, but may be excluded depending on the context. A number sequence is a sequence where it’s elements are numbers that have a certain relation between them (2, 4, 6, 8, 10… Are pair numbers).
The most famous sequence is the Fibonacci’s Sequence.

WebQuest

What is a WebQuest?
A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented lesson format in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web. These can be created using various programs, including a simple word processing document that includes links to websites.

How to make one?
Technologically, creating a WebQuest can be very simple. As long as you can create a document with hyperlinks, you can create a WebQuest. That means that a WebQuest can be created in Word, Powerpoint, and even Excel. If you're going to call it a WebQuest, though, be sure that it has all the critical attributes.

Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto Himitsu wo shiri tai,

Visit this link and find out the meaning:
What does it mean?

c)  What was the name of the album which contains the song?

d) Who is Kilroy? Find info by searching the web!!

e) Somewhere in the song the lyrics mention the word MODREN and that's not a mistake for "modern" Go to
MODREN and find what this word means.

the future of TECHNOLOGY

The computers, those very useful things, came with lots of benefits to the world in general. But not only came with benefits, the old computers become a problem because the technology of computers is always regenerating and that computer that was new yesterday, today is trash. The materials which are used to do the computers pollute the earth very much; the only solution is recycle. In the future (or now) we’ll be able to find another way to recycle. But the future will become with more technologies, and better computer. Today almost all things related to technology have a computer inside; calculators are mini computers of calculates, the robots have advanced processors, the smart cells are small computers, so we all can have a computer in our pocket. Only imagine the new computers of the future; our entire house will be a enormous computer connected to internet, a robot will help us in the house etc. the future of technology is very UMPREDICTABLE…

Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology (sometimes shortened to "nanotech") is the study of manipulating matter on an atomic and molecular scale. Generally, nanotechnology deals with structures sized between 1 to 100 nanometre in at least one dimension, and involves developing materials or devices within that size. Quantum mechanical effects are very important at this scale, which is in the quantum realm.
Nanotechnology is very diverse, ranging from extensions of conventional device physics to completely new approaches based upon molecular self-assembly, from developing new materials with dimensions on the nanoscale to investigating whether we can directly ontrol matter on the atomic scale.
